Shipping  & Returns

Shipping
We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Orders are typically
processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard carriers. You’ll receive a confirmation
email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and are interested in
ordering, feel free to reach out to us at info@mykidzy.com and we’ll see how we can help!

 

Returns
We want you to love your myKidzy products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund (minus shipping fees). To start a return, send us a message at info@mykidzy.com with your order
number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note: We’re unable to accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons unless there is a defect
or issue with the product.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Include
your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
